We use anonymous on-site analytics to understand page visits, approximate scroll depth, buttons or sections reached, broad click categories, pointer activity and product-video use. These analytics do not record typed text, exact cursor coordinates or a replay of the visitor's screen.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to process and verify orders, calculate delivery, arrange courier fulfilment, send order confirmations and updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve returns, maintain business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Payment information
If you choose an online payment method, payment details are entered directly with the payment provider. AvoraTek receives the payment result and transaction reference needed to manage your order but does not store your full card number or card security code.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to respond to a valid official request, or to protect customers and the business. We do not sell customer personal information.

Service providers may use technical cookies required to deliver their functions. You can clear browser data through your browser settings, although doing so may reset your cart.
