These terms explain how orders, payments and deliveries work when you shop with AvoraTek.

1. About AvoraTek
AvoraTek is a Sri Lankan online retailer of everyday technology accessories. These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit avoratekofficial.com or place an order through our website.
2. Using our website
You must provide accurate, current contact and delivery information at checkout. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place or approve the order. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt fraud, or use it for an unlawful purpose.
3. Products and prices
We aim to keep product names, descriptions, images, availability and prices accurate. Colours and packaging can vary slightly from photographs. Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and may change before an order is placed. A confirmed order will not be charged a later product-price increase.
4. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. An order is accepted after AvoraTek confirms it. We may contact you to verify an order and may reject or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, incomplete details, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot service. If money has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will arrange a refund.
5. Payments
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, or a third-party online payment gateway. The total shown at checkout includes the selected products and the applicable delivery charge. Card information is entered directly with the payment provider; AvoraTek does not store full card numbers or security codes.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Sri Lanka through third-party courier services. Delivery charges are calculated from the selected delivery city or area. Any delivery timeframe we provide is an estimate and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, access restrictions, or incorrect customer details. Please make sure somebody is available to receive and, where applicable, pay for the order.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Product use
Please follow the product instructions and compatibility information. AvoraTek is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, unsuitable power sources, normal wear and tear, or use that conflicts with the product instructions, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Website content
The AvoraTek name, logo, website copy, layout and original graphics may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. Product trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, and when it may be shared with payment, communication and delivery providers.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when our products, services or legal obligations change. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
